How long will it take to see the results?

After 2 - 3 days you will begin to see the dead skin cells come away and leave behind visibly younger looking replacements. There may be some reddening of the body to start with but this will quickly subside.

Are body peels painful?

No, body peels are not painful, you may just feel some slight tingling or discomfort similar to how you feel after you spend time in the sun without wearing protection.
